Quarantine Workout Day 8

This is the start of week two of quarantine workout from my tiny ass studio apartment. Let me tell, I'm doing my best with what I have and seeing results slowly but surely.

Cardio - Strava
I know I mentioned that I was going to go hard on this run but it rained earlier and my old ass wasn't going to slip on the sidewalk. Depending on the weather tomorrow I plan to ride my bike at Veloway Park which is a killer 3-mile path!

Meal of the Day
Today's meal was okay...I KID! It was freaking delicious! Seriously, I have no idea who is the chef and I would like to thank them for their incredible meals.

Cilantro Lime Steak: Marinated Grilled Steak with a Sweet Potato Medley. CALORIES: 324 / FAT 12G / CARBS 30G / PROTEIN 24G

Today's Workout
I follow the amazing Natasha Aughey on Instagram who is very inspirational. She posted a giveaway the other day and mentioned a workout that you need to do in order to win. I'm not going to participate in the giveaway but the workout seemed fun to do. Instead of doing one round I did four and changed some of the exercises:
Air Squats: 50x4
Sit-Ups: 40x4
High Knees:30x4
Lunges: 20x4
Pushups: 10x4
After attempting that workout which took me close to an hour...I finished my workout with the following:
Dumbbell Rows: 10x4
Dumbbell Curls: 15x4
Stand DB Flys: 10x4
I have to admit that I have tendinitis on my left elbow. I triggered it and I don't have any ibuprofen for the pain so I'm going to ice it down as Dr. Branyan recommends. Well, that ends the first day of week two!
