Quarantine Workout Day 29

I'm so exhausted at this point but I have two more days.
I can fucking do this!

Cardio - Strava
Just did a two-mile run again. My shoes are about three years old and it's time to update these suckers! My pace is decent but I'd like to finish at a 7:30 or 7:15 pace someday.

Today's Workout
Core, Legs, & Chest
Squats: 25x4
Plank: 1 minute x 4
Push-Ups: 25x4
Physioball Crunch: 25x8
Core, Back, Shoulders
High Knees: 25x4
DB Single Arms: 10x4
DB Side Bend: 10x4
DB Stiff-legged Deadlifts: 10x4
I'm almost at the end of the rainbow. I know if I do another month my abs will be popping out so I need to keep focus. I can do this!
