Quarantine Workout Day 31

I completed a full month of working out and cardio. I only took one rest day! Tomorrow is my birthday which I plan to give myself a rest day since my legs need it. I'm not sure when I will continue my workout for the next month but with proper rest this time around? This is no longer just a goal I wanted to complete, it's a lifestyle I've chosen!

At the end of this run, I gave it all I had. I've been happy with my pace but hopefully, when I start again I'll be able to have a slightly quicker pace after resting and new shoes!

Today's Workout
My EZ Curl weighs around 44-45lbs so it's always a killer time when I include in them in my exercises. This is all I did for my final exercise of the month:
High Knees: 10x4
EZ Curls: 10x4
EZ Curl Overhead Press: 10x4
EZ Curl Rows: 10x4
EZ Curl Deadlifts: 10x4
I'm finally going to get the rest I need and learn more about nutrition to see these abs pop out! I think another month will show some amazing results. I'm proud of myself that I did this because I've been one to always stop when I start something. I followed through this time around and promise to achieve my goals.
