It's Taco Tuesday and I didn't get to eat any freaking tacos! One day, I'll stuff my face, one day. Anyways, here's what I did for today!

Cardio - Strava
It was raining all day today but when it finally stopped raining so hard I took advantage and did a mile run. I carefully ran a steady pace because I didn't want to hurt myself. Not bad if you asked me.

Today's Workout
Here's what I did:
Core
Supine Leg Raises: 25x4
Plank: 1 minute x 4
Dead Bugs: 25x4
Arms, Back, Shoulders, & Obliques
High Knees: 25x4
Deadlifts: 15x4
EZ Curl Rows: 15x4
EZ Curls: 10x4
DB Single Arm OP: 10x4
DB Side Bends: 10x4
DB Flys: 10x4
DB Shrugs: 10x4
DB Upward Flys: 10x4
Torso Twist: 10x4
Not bad for today, can't wait for tomorrow. Stay safe!
