One more day, one more day, and then I can take a proper rest day!

My shins were hurting a bit more than usual on today's run but I should be expecting some new shoes thanks to my sister Nellie! I don't hate my pace but hopefully, I'll get quicker once I get some long needed rest.

Today's Workout
Here's the killer workout I did today. No rest between and one-minute rest once the set is completed:
Overhead press: 10x4
High knees: 25x4
Side Bends: 10x4
DB Curls: 10x4
DB Raises: 10x4
DB Rows: 10x4
DB Deadlifts: 10x4
Squats: 10x4
Superman: 15 secs x 4
One more day! Until tomorrow!
