Quarantine Workout Day 7

¡Hola Amigos!
I finished a full week of cardio, weight-lifting, and bodyweight workouts! I've stuck with my proper diet all thanks to Clean Eatz so I'm seeing a good weight loss. Without further ado!
Cardio - Strava
The wind today was pretty awful so when I was walking to my route near the school I said to only do one mile. However, after watching BUDs Class 234 religiously, I knew that I was making excuses for myself. As I was walking back to my apartment decided to do the longer route even with my legs feeling like string cheese. I huffed, puffed, and wanted to throw up but I accomplished my run successfully!

Today's Workout
I did a very basic workout since I was so freaking tired from my run. I kept it simple:
Squats: 25x4
Push-Ups: 25x4
V Sit-Ups: 25x4
Plank: 1 min x 4
It might not look like much but it was a killer workout. Anyways, it's been going well so far but there's still a lot to improve. I'm going to continue to share my workouts in hopes that someone might get motivated to do something they didn't think they would want to do!
