Quarantine Workout Day 6

¡Hola Amigos!


Making this one short and to the point. Here we go!

Cardio - Strava


This run wasn't anything fascinating or impressive. In fact, this run annoyed me so much because I had to take a leak so bad as soon as I started! My pre-workout helped for a little bit but it's no Woke AF. Oh well, there's always tomorrow!

Today's Workout


I've had some lower back issues and I know that means my core is still weak! I did the following:


  • Swiss Ball Crunches: 25x4

  • Leg Raises: 10x4

  • High Plank + Knee to Elbows: 15x4

  • Plank: 30 secs - 4 sets

  • V Sit-Ups: 15x4

  • Scissor Kicks: 30 secs - 4 sets


And to end the rest of my workout I decided to turn off my AC and workout in the bathroom. Felt like a damn SAUNA!


  • Resistance Band Chest Press: 10x4

  • Resistance Band Curls: 10x4

  • DB Side Bend: 15x4

  • DB Shoulder Press: 10x4

  • High Knees: 15x4

  • Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift: 10x4

  • Dumbbell Wood Chopper: 10x4
