Quarantine Workout Day 4

¡Hola amigos!
Day 4 in the books. I'm still going strong and mentally preparing myself for the next couple of days. After my first week, I plan to go harder each week to see the results I really want. Making this post short and simple. ¡Hasta mañana!
Cardio - Strava
I decided to take a longer route in hopes of making two miles but I didn't accomplish that today. I guess I'll get that underneath my belt tomorrow if my body allows me.

Today's Workout
I didn't record my entire workout on film but here's what I did today:
Swiss Ball Crunches: 25x4
Swiss Ball DB Presses: 25x4
Swiss Ball DB Flys: 25x4
Plank: 30 secs
DB Curls: 10x4
Resistance Band Curls: 10x4
Resistance Band Squats: 10x4
Kickbacks: 10x4 each side
