Quarantine Workout Day 3

¡Hola Gente!


Checking in for day three! I hope everyone is doing great and staying safe as we continue to shelter in place. I wanted to say if anyone has any tips for workouts please let me know!


Cardio - Strava


Today wasn't as intense as yesterday but my cardio improved a bit. I ran my usual route but saw some girl with her dog so I had to cut through In N Out to avoid them. It's safe to say I didn't snag someone's order when I passed the drive-thru!


Today's Workout


I decided to focus on core and legs! If you're looking for a nice little sweat then feel free to try it out:


  • Squats: 25 reps - 4 sets

  • Pushups: 25 reps - 4 sets

  • Twisting Crunch: 10 reps - 4 sets

  • Side Crunch: 10 reps each - 4 sets

  • Leg Raises w/5lbs exercise ball: 10 reps - 4 sets

  • V-Sit Crunch: 10 reps - 4 sets

  • Reverse Lunges: 10 reps - 4 sets

  • Plank: 30sec - 4 sets

  • Yoga Ball Crunches: 25 reps - 4 sets
