Happy Monday!
I hope everyone is still holding up during these crazy times. I was looking at the weather for the rest of the week and it doesn't look good. Apparently it's going to be raining every single day till the following Wednesday! Oh boy.

Cardio - Strava
I didn't start the week with a bang and that's all my stupid fault. I took my pre-workout not giving myself a chance to let it settle. I took off on my run and almost got hit by some dude in his BMW. The sign was on for me to cross but I knew he wasn't gonna wait for me so I pulled back enough to let him go, idiot. Then, my bladder decided to tell me I better run at a steady pace or I was gonna leak everywhere! My feet are still hurting from the blisters. Not a good run. We'll see if I'm even gonna attempt tomorrow since it should be raining.

Today's Workout
Every simple stuff that led to an intense hot workout in my bathroom. Here's what I did:
Core
PPT Plank: 1 min x 3
Supine Leg Raises: 25x3
Scissor Kicks: 20x3
Flutter Kicks: 20x3
V Sit-up: 20 seconds x 3
Reverse Crunch: 15x3
Squats: 25x3
Arms, Back, Shoulders, & Obliques
High Knees: 25x4
Physioball Torso Twist: 15x4
DB Standing Rows: 10x4
DB Side Bends: 25x4
Single Arm Overhead Press: 10x4
Goblet Squats: 25x4
DB Single Arm Curls: 10x4
I'm seeing a good change in my belly. I've gone down significantly but still have a long way to burn this fat off completely.
Again, this is a lifestyle now, even when the 30 days are over I'm going to keep at it.
