Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful mommas!


I wasn't fortunate enough to spend it with my family but hopefully, at the end of the month, I'll have that chance. Until then, it's crunch time!

Cardio - Strava

My pace was way better than it was yesterday; however, I made a rookie mistake by wearing the wrong socks yesterday which led to blisters. I was going to take today off for them to heal but I said, "fuck it, no pain, no gain!".

Today's Workout


Here's the workout I did for the day:


  • Supine Leg Raise: 25x4

  • PPT Plank: 30 seconds x4

  • High Knees: 25x4

  • DB Side Bends: 25x4

  • Physioball Torso Twist: 25x4

  • Overhead Press: 15x4 (44lbs)

  • DB Standing Rows: 15x4 (20lbs)

  • Knee to Elbow: 10x4

Time for some rest and back at it again tomorrow!
