Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful mommas!
I wasn't fortunate enough to spend it with my family but hopefully, at the end of the month, I'll have that chance. Until then, it's crunch time!

My pace was way better than it was yesterday; however, I made a rookie mistake by wearing the wrong socks yesterday which led to blisters. I was going to take today off for them to heal but I said, "fuck it, no pain, no gain!".

Today's Workout
Here's the workout I did for the day:
Supine Leg Raise: 25x4
PPT Plank: 30 seconds x4
High Knees: 25x4
DB Side Bends: 25x4
Physioball Torso Twist: 25x4
Overhead Press: 15x4 (44lbs)
DB Standing Rows: 15x4 (20lbs)
Knee to Elbow: 10x4
Time for some rest and back at it again tomorrow!
