Quarantine Workout Day 25

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I've finally learned that I need to track my calories to see better results after all the cardio and weight training I've been doing. I'm using MyFitnessPal moving forward to help me get these abs I've always wanted.

After all my mile runs I thought today was my chance to take on 3 miles. Yesterday at the end of my run I felt that I had so much gas left in the tank! I started off a bit slow hitting traffic lights but then later picked up the pace. I burned 476 calories on this run! I'm going to try and do this every day depending on how my legs are in the morning.

Like I mentioned earlier, I'm going to be using this app to track my calories. The best thing about this app is that it allows me to add all my meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and or snacks. It also allows me to track my workouts! Here is what I did for today:


  • PPT Plank: 1 min x 4

  • Physioball Crunch: 25x4

  • High Knees: 25x4

  • DB Side Bends: 25x4 (20lbs)

  • EZ Curl Bar: 15x4 (44lbs)

  • Supine Leg Raises: 25x5

Today was the first time I actually used the app and I did start everything a bit late. I'm gonna have to manage my time better for this coming week. I'm feeling more confident about everything now! I'm hoping to see some great results.
