Getting close to a full month y'all. It's crazy but I'm loving every minute of this crazy quarantine. Actually, I miss the gym so damn much. I'll never take it for granted again!

I felt like Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez during my run! I pretended "the Beast" was chasing me the entire time. I gotta say, it worked! In your next run make sure to do the same and you'll see great results!

Today's Workout
I'm still turning off the AC in my apartment when I workout which feels like a freaking sauna. It was a good workout. Feel free to try! Here ya go:
Core
Dead Bugs: 25x4
Swiss Ball Crunch: 25x4
Plank Single Legs: 20x4
Scissor Kicks: 30 seconds x 4
Leg Raises: 25x4
Plank: 30 seconds x 4
Oblique, Arms, Back, & Legs
Single-Arm Overhead Press: 25x4
High Knees: 25x4
Wide Grip Curls: 15x4
EZ Curl Rows: 15x4
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 15x4
Goblet Squats: 15x4
Side to Side Medicine Balls: 25x4
DB Side Bend: 25x4
I'm sad to inform everyone that I'm pretty low on my protein supplement. I came across Bare Performance Nutrition and I might buy one of their Whey Protein. The flavors really caught my attention: Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Blueberry Muffin, and here's the one that caught my eye, Fruity Cereal.
Well, I'm gonna rest and get back to the grind in the morning. I hope everyone is still safe and sound.
