Quarantine Workout Day 22

Oh boy! Another day, another pain in my back. Just kidding!

Cardio - Strava
Not the greatest but it'll do. I actually enjoyed this run since I didn't push myself too hard. The weather was nice out and there weren't that many folks walking around. I did get some stares for wearing my bandana over my face but looks don't kill, COVID-19 does so I'll play it safe.

Today's Workout
I've taken the time to do some research on YouTube for core exercises. Like I mentioned before, I can't for the life of me keep my lower back planted to the ground when doing leg raises. I found a video about how to do "Dead Bugs". Not only did they help me but it improved my back from not getting off the ground. Here's the workout:
Core
Dead Bugs: 25x4
Towel Tucks: 15x4
Plank: 30 seconds x 4
Left Side Plank: 30 seconds x 4
Right Side Plank: 30 seconds x 4
Russian Twist: 15x4
Arms, Legs & Back
High Knees: 25x4
Knee to Elbows: 10x4
Goblet Squats: 15x4
EZ Bar Back Rows: 15x4
EZ Curls Close Grip: 15x4
EZ Bar Shrugs: 15x4
I'm going to attempt to find more core and leg workouts. I learned to properly squat so now I can feel it in my glutes, core, and a bit on my lower back. Anywho, still going strong during these crazy times. I hope y'all are safe and sound!
