Another day, another workout in the bag!
I did have a cheat meal today so I punished myself with today's run and workout.
In the words of Mike Goldberg, "HERE WE GO!"
Cardio - Strava
I ate like a fatass today so I used my sauna suit and hoodie on my run. I didn't go all out since I really just wanted to sweat everything out. Was it worth eating all those Torchy tacos? Ehhh, not really but the chips and queso hit the spot.

Today's Workout
I've realized that my core is horrible! I've been doing a lot of core workouts but I'm barely seeing results. I'm eating enough and drinking the necessary protein I need in order to get where I want. I'll continue to contract my core and breathe accordingly with certain workouts.
Core
High Knees: 25x4
Side to Side Chops: 25x4
DB Side Bends: 25x4
Squats: 25x4
Arms, Shoulders & Back
Shrugs: 25x4
Curls: 15x4
Underhand Rows: 15x4
Overhead Press: 15x4
Upper Back Squeezes: 15x4
I have a long way to go still. I don't care if it takes another 2-3 months to see the results. I'm loving this lifestyle so much. I know I can achieve my goal and I promise to myself to never give up!
