I'm really excited about today! I finally received my muscle building stack from Bucked Up to help me with the rest of my journey. The last stack I purchased was the healthy weight stack which helped me lose at least 15lbs within a month and a half. Now that I'm finally on a proper diet, consistently exercising (don't recommend, take the rest days), and avoiding alcohol as much as possible to help me lose that belly!

The wind has been a huge pain in the ass recently but I try to push myself as hard as I can. I was fortunate that my pre-workout came in today so that helped me with that extra boost. I have to tell y'all that Bucked Up is the best pre-workout on the market! I mean, one of their ingredients is Actigin which increases VO2 MAX & boosts athletic performance. Lastly, the damn flavor is freaking amazing! Strawberry Kiwi!

Today's Workout

I honestly worked out in a sauna that is my apartment. I decided to turn off my AC and worked out in my restroom doing the following:

Core

  • Standing High Knees: 25x5

  • DB Side Bends: 25x5

  • Side to Side Chops w/20lbs DB: 25x5

  • Knee to Elbows: 20x5

Arm, Triceps, & Back

  • EZ Curls: 10x4

  • EZ Curls Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 10x4

  • Tricep Overheads: 25x4

  • DB Rows: 10x4

  • DB Curls: 10x4

It might not seem like much but working out in 78 degrees is such a sweaty mess. I literally was dripping sweat as if I jumped out of the shower. Does it sound like fun? No. Will I do that again tomorrow? You're damn right. I'm beyond stoked about with my supplements which will help me with my recovery. The Deer Antler Velvet Extract Spray might seem like a joke but it does wonders! I'm looking forward to the Six Point Creatine and see if I'll gain some muscle growth in the process.

Well, that's it for today and I can't wait for tomorrow! Stay safe and be courteous to folks around you. Practice safe distancing!

Until tomorrow!
