Sunday Funday in full effect!
I'm gonna make this one super quick since The Last Dance is playing and your boy has to see it! Here we go!
Cardio - Strava
Not the greatest but it did the trick! A quick mile to pump my muscles and got a great sweat before doing my ab workout.

Plank: 1 min x 4
Leg Raises: 25x4
DB Side Bends: 25x4
