Quarantine Workout Day 18

I took a rest day yesterday and got back to the grind today! My body is still feeling a bit sore despite not working out but it felt good biking again.

I seriously need to invest in a better bike because my mountain bike isn't cutting it anymore! It's funny when people overlap me with ease while I'm huffing and puffing to go up on an incline. I held my own today against the wind.

  • DB Press: 25x4

  • DB Flys: 25x4

  • Leg Raises: 20x4

  • V Sit-Up Crunch: 20x4

  • Wind Shield Wipers: 10x4
