Quarantine Workout Day 16

I'm super late for today's post so let's just show you what I did today. Trust me, today wasn't the best for me but at least I did something.

Cardio - Strava


Although I felt like I couldn't push myself, I did pretty well for my mile run. I honestly was surprised by the outcome. I'll be sure to beat it next time!

Today's Workout


I didn't do a lot of exercises but I did a solid core and full-body workout:


Core


  • Mountain Climbers: 20x4

  • V Sit-Ups: 50x4

  • Leg Raises: 20x4

  • Dead Bug Crunches: 50x4


Full Body


  • DB Side Bends: 10x5

  • Pushups: 10x5

  • EZ Curls: 10x5

  • EZ Curls Overhead Press: 10x5

  • EZ Curls Squats: 10x5
