Quarantine Workout Day 15

What a hell of a workout I had today! Shout out to Wandy for letting me pick up my EZ Curling bar from him.

At this point, my legs just don't care anymore that I haven't given them a rest day. I'm going to hold off on running a mile under 6 minutes till I get my Bucked Up Pre-Workout in a couple of days. Branyan, you best start hitting this time when you do a mile punk!

Today's Workout
I was fortunate enough to get my old EZ Curl from my buddy last night and did some damage with it today! Here's what I did:
Core
Leg Raises: 25x4
Swiss Ball Crunch: 25x4
Mountain Climbers: 10x4
Cross Crunch: 10x4
Plank: 1 min
Arms & Back
EZ Curls: 10x4
EZ Curl Overhead: 10x4
EZ Curl Squats: 10x4
Upright Rows: 10x4
DB Side Bends: 10x4
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 10x4
I'm waiting for my muscle stack from Bucked Up to arrive which I hope will give me better results with what I've been doing lately. I know with my previous orders through them showed significant results! As always, I hope everyone is safe and enjoying life to the fullest with what we are given.
