Quarantine Workout Day 14

Cardio - Strava


My runs will probably just be mile runs. I haven't had a rest day so my legs are always feeling it from the previous day. I did purchase my muscle stack from Bucked Up so we'll see how things change when I receive the goods!

Today's Workout


I did a shoulder and core workout today. It was freaking tough doing those presses after yesterday's workout. Here's what I did:


Shoulder


  • Two arm dumbbell upright row: 15x4

  • Lateral Raise: 10x4

  • Single dumbbell front raise: 15x4

  • Shoulder Press: 15x4

  • DB Shrugs: 20x4

  • Rear Flys: 15x4

  • DB Rows: 15x4

  • DB Side Bends: 20x4

  • High Knees: 20x4


Core


  • Plank: 30 sec - 4 sets

  • Left Side Plank: 30 sec - 4 sets

  • Right Side Plank: 30 sec - 4 sets

  • Leg Raises: 10x4

  • Cross Crunch: 10x4

It was a nice little workout but as I said before, it's been tough without rest. Who knows? I might give myself a rest day or continue to be stupid and keep pushing forward!
