Quarantine Workout Day 13

Well howdy!
I wanted to start the week off with a huge bang and after watching CrossFit videos I was inspired to do "The Murph". Now, I didn't use a 20lbs vest or did pull-ups because I don't have access to do them so I modified it.
In the words of Mike Goldberg, "HERE WE GO!"
The Murph (sort of)
First of all, I would like to say Michael P. Murphy is a huge inspiration and he will never be forgotten for his service and leadership. He was a hell of a guy from all the articles I've come across. The next time I attempt to do this I will honor him the right way with the 20lbs vest and pullups! Here's what I did today.

First Mile Run
Workout
Instead of pull-ups, I modified them to overhead presses but here's the rest:
Overhead Press: 100
Push-Ups: 200
Squats: 300
And finished off with another killer mile. The push-ups are what really fatigued me throughout the workout. For those of y'all who have done this the right way, my hats off to ya!

Second Mile Run
It was a heck of an experience and I can't wait to do it all over again! I hope y'all are staying safe and being positive through these crazy times.
