Happy Sunday Funday folks!
My glutes hurt so badly after today's bike ride and I'm in pain. Let's make this one quick! In the words of Mike Goldberg, "HERE WE GO!"

Yesterday I didn't finish my hour bike ride because I gave myself the excuse to pack it in early due to my headphones dying. Well, that's not the mindset I had today! I used yesterday's failure as motivation to help me achieve my one-hour goal. Heck, I think I did pretty good for myself and I had a little adventure along the way!

I got lost along the way but found my way out through this rich neighborhood. I peddled as fast as I could to get the heck out of there since I felt a little out of place. I did my one hour, plus ten minutes to prove that I was stronger than yesterday.

I make sure to take my time with each workout. I honestly think it took me 30 minutes to finish all of it. Here's the workout:
Cross Crunch: 10x4
Side Plank Left: 30 sec - 4 sets
Side Plank Right: 30 sec - 4 sets
Plank: 30 sec - 4 sets
DB Side Bends: 10x4
DB Rows: 10x4
DB Curls: 10x4
Tricep Dip: 10x4
Mountain Climbers: 10x4
Leg Raises: 10x4
