It's Sábado Gigante!
I do hope everyone is safe and sound. For those of y'all still doing at home exercises...KEEP IT GOING! In the words of Mike Goldberg, "HERE WE GO!"
Cardio - Strava
The other day at Veloway I thought I had burned a significant amount of calories in the 45 minutes I was there. That was not the case. So, I told myself that I would at least do an hour today to burn more than what I did the other day. I failed. I've mentioned before that I've been watching BUDs 234 religiously to help me train my mindset and physical abilities. My headphones died ten minutes before hitting one hour and instead of finishing a full hour I called it quits. A buddy of mine said I should've finished despite them dying on me. He was absolutely right. I had a weak mindset that told me to go home and call it quits! I'm upset with myself with this stupid outcome but my ass is gonna go an hour and ten minutes tomorrow!

Today's Workout
I had an angry mindset after my biking so I tried to punish myself with the following workout:
Crunches: 10x4
V Sit-ups: 10x4
Cross Crunch: 10x4
Plank: 30 secs - 4 sets
Goblet Squats: 10x4
High Knees: 10x4
DB Side Bends: 10x4
DB Curls: 10x4
DB Rows: 10x4
DB Two Arm Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 10x4
DB Hammer Curls: 10x4
I need to find a route nearby that'll benefit me with burning enough calories! I think I might hit up Cougar Creek Greenbelt tomorrow depending on how bad my legs feel tomorrow. Time to get some rest, see y'all tomorrow!
