Happy Friday everyone!
We made it. Another day above ground is all I can ask for and grateful for what I have right now. In the words of Mike Goldberg, "HERE WE GO!"
Cardio - Strava
Nothing fancy today folks! I put my two miles in and did a killer workout afterward. I think tomorrow I'll use my bike to burn more calories instead of running.

Today's Workout
I don't know how to break the horrible news but my dumbass popped my resistance band while doing overhead presses. Fun fact, before our apartment closed the fitness center, I popped the resistance band they had there too! I guess I need to stop purchasing equipment from Five Below. Here's the workout:
Pushups: 25x4
Goblet Squats: 15x4
Leg Raises: 25x4
DB Rows: 25x4
Reverse Lunges: 20x4
DB Side Bends: 25x4
Mountain Climbers: 20x4
Planks: 30 secs - 4 sets
Well, time to get some rest for now and get back at it tomorrow! Stay safe amigos.
