Hello there strangers!


For the next 31 days, I have made a personal goal to train every single day. Why? Well, I will be turning 32 years old this year and I promised myself that I would have a decent six-pack for my birthday. I know, it sounds pretty dumb but what else am I going to do during COVID-19? I will do my best to post images, videos, and workout routines that I do in order to reach my goal.
