Quarantine Workout Day 2

I would like to start off by informing everyone about my daily routine. Research says that getting seven or eight hours a sleep a night is beneficial for you. Guess what? They are absolutely right! I woke up feeling energized this morning and in good spirits. After my morning routine, I had my first meal of the day before I figured what time I should start my workout for the day.
Due to COVID-19, it has been difficult for many of us to head to the grocery store be

cause we are worried that we might catch something along the way. In recent years I have tried meal prep companies like Metabolic Meals, Meal Proz, Snap Kitchen, and most recently Clean Eatz! I am not bad-mouthing those other companies but Clean Eatz delivers in both price and quality of their meals. Last week I decided to place my second order with them. I placed an order for ten meals specifically for weight loss. If you are looking to avoid the grocery stores and people in general, I highly recommend you try them out.
Lunch Meal
This meal consisted of chicken, asparagus spears with chimichurri sauce over white rice (Calories 418/ Fat 14g/ Carbs 42g/ Protein 31g). I ate this meal around noon giving me an extra two-three hours for digestion that way when I did my run I wouldn't feel as heavy.

I do apologize for the shitty lighting of the photo but the food was delicious! If you know me, you damn well know that I love spicy food, so I typically add a lot of tabasco sauce for that extra kick. I learned that when I eat too much I feel extra heavy for my runs. Like I said before, I waited 2-3 hours before I actually ran. I got a little hungry waiting so I mixed my PB2 (peanut butter) and smeared some on Dave's Killer Bread and added slices of bananas. After snacking I waited an extra hour or so then decided to take my pre-workout for my run. Unfortunately, I ran out of my DAS Labs pre-workout Woke AF but my knight and shining armor of a sister (Michelle!) purchased me some Neurocore Pre-Workout for the time being. It does the trick but doesn't give that extra push like my Woke AF does but I am not complaining!
Cardio - Strava
If you do not have the Strava app to help you with your runs, then you are doing it wrong! Just messing. I have two routes that I normally take around my apartment complex. One route is a mile run and the other is roughly under two miles.

I will be attempting to do at least a run a day for the next 30 days. Before I continue I would like everyone to know that I am running with a bandana wrapped around my face and any time I come close to someone I run away from them. My run today was not as terrible as I expected. It does the trick for when I get back to my apartment and really start my workouts.
Today's Workout
Moving forward with my posts I will make sure to make them short and simple. As soon as I got back from my run I gave myself to rest for about 15 minutes. My workout for the day consisted of the following:
Yoga Ball Crunches - 25 reps - 4 sets
Plank - 1 minute - 4 sets
Standing DB flys - 10 reps - 4 sets
DB Side Bend - 10 reps each side - 4 sets
Resistance Band Curls - 10 reps - 4 sets
Resistance Band Shoulder Press - 10 reps - 4 sets
Resistance Band Squats - 10 reps - 4 sets
High Knees - 10 reps - 4 sets
Pushups - 10 reps - 4 sets
My rest was only for one minute. I am going to try to mix up my workouts as much as I can moving forward.
If you are still reading...thanks! I promise to make my future posts short and simple. I hope you all are safe and sound during these crazy times! ¡Hasta mañana!
